Where I work was attending I Heart Tech for high school students and this year we did up some Arduino UNOs, a mid sized breadboard and a project kit for the students to use, make a digital dice the night of the event and then to take home.
That got me thinking about the the digital electronics breadboard kits when I was was in school that were nice, had a built in power supply, some LEDs, some debounced buttons, and a large build area, I wanted to have that again to experiment with so I have decided to build a large one in a hard case with push buttons, toggle switches, displays, LEDs, an Arduino Mega, UNO, a Raspberry Pi, and a 5" display to connect to the Pi, the Pi is there to experiment with and to also connect to the Arduino boards to program them so I do not have to sit at a PC to play.
